Market research shows that having professional photography for your property or Airbnb listing results in more views, increased enquiries, faster sales, and has a higher asking price per square foot.

How should I prepare for a shoot? 

• The property should be clean and clutter-free.
• Please put away any personal items that you do not want to be seen online, such as family photos,  
• Tidy away anything that can be tidied away — the less items in the shot, the better. 
• The windows, especially ones with nice views, should be clean. 
• Please make sure that the garden is also clutter-free and that the grass, if there is any, is cut.
• If I show up and the house is not sufficiently clean I will still photograph the property to the best of my ability. However, please note that if you are unhappy with how the property is presented you will still be charged full price.
• If possible, consider arranging flowers and/or fruit (fresh or faux). They add a bit of life to a shot.

Do I need to be there?

No, you do not need to be there for the shoot. If you wish, you can arrange for me to pick up the keys from somewhere that is reasonably close to the property.

Can I reschedule?

If you want to reschedule a shoot, please do so at least 48 hours before the shoot is due to take place, otherwise you will lose your deposit.

What if there’s bad weather?

‍If it’s raining, and exterior photos are not possible, then we can cancel the shoot at no charge. If you still want me to take the interior shots, then that’s of course possible, but additional charges will apply if you want me to come back for the exterior shots.

What if I don’t show up?

If I get to the property and I can’t get in to finish the shoot, you will be charged full price. Exceptions can be made in extreme circumstances.

When can I expect my images?

I will deliver the images via Dropbox, WeTransfer or Google Drive (whichever suits you) within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot.
