Zoom meetings and LinkedIn profiles are the new common rooms of businesses and open spaces of conferences. Be sure that you’re putting your best foot forward by using professional photography.

How should I prepare for a shoot?

• Please make sure that you are well presented. This includes hair, nails, makeup, clean clothes etc.
• Pick out some clothing that best represents you or your brand.
• For business headshots, please avoid any bold repeating patterns e.g. stripes or paisley style shirts.

Do you “Photoshop” my images?

Yes, Photoshop is how I process all of my images. This does not mean however, that you will look fake or “airbrushed”. All the retouching that I carry out is industry standard. Basically, I will remove blemishes such as pimples, and I will soften and even out your skin tone (none of us are perfect!) If you want or don’t want me to do certain things, like removing some wrinkles or scars, then please let me know. We all have our views on how we should be represented in a photograph, and what matters here is that you’re happy with the final result.

Can I get you to change something if I don’t like it?

Yes, you get one free revision per photograph. However, any major changes that haven’t been agreed upon before the shoot, such as changing the colour of your shirt e.g., will incur additional fees charged on a per-hour basis.

Can I reschedule?

‍If you want to reschedule or cancel a shoot, please do so at least 48 hours before the shoot is due to take place. If you want to cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before the shoot, I will refund you 80% of your payment.

What if I don’t show up to the shoot?

‍If you are a no-show, then I’m afraid that you will still be charged the full rate. I kindly ask that you avoid this situation. Exceptions can be made in extreme circumstances.

When can I expect my images?

I will deliver the images via Dropbox, WeTransfer or Google Drive (whichever suits you) within 5 working days of the scheduled shoot.
